Natural Pets is your online retailer of premium nutritional supplements formulated to support the nutritional needs of your animals. Natural Pets is solely dedicated to providing animal health products, experience, and education - this is our dedication to you.

We offer over 16 different product lines, bringing to you over 200 products for your animals. Premium nutritional supplements, when added to your animal's daily diet, will help your animal assimilate the essential nutrients in their food, helping the body rid itself of toxins and help strengthen the body so it can heal itself, resulting in optimal health.

Many of our animal health products are designed to work in conjunction with one another so the most of an animal's body systems are cared for. This culminates in increased resistance to disease, relief from pain and an enhanced state of general well being. One of the advantages of our extensive selection is that we will not suggest a particular product if it will not benefit your animal simply because it is part of a manufacturer's product line. Our comprehensive product selection allows us to suggest the most beneficial animal health product.

Privacy Policy

Privacy & Security Policy - Natural Pets respects the privacy of all our visitors! We do not and will never sell or give out personal or any other relevant information pertaining to any visitors or customers. All information is kept in a secure, confidential location. We do, however, keep your confidential information on file for your repeat ordering convenience.

Our Order Form features a secure server which uses an advanced encryption technology called SSL that safeguards your personal information, including your address and credit card information. Should you still not feel comfortable submitting your VISA card information, we will gladly call you. At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, cheques, and money orders. ATM or other Visa or Mastercard 'debit cards', check cards, etc are also generally acceptable (depending on the issuing bank of your card). Our average order (in stock) ships within 1-3 days Monday-Friday, however, occasionally we find ourselves out of stock on a product and awaiting its arrival. Although this does indeed sometimes occur, we try hard not to let this happen. Upon being notified of the product being out of stock, we will also inform you of its expected arrival date. If it is expected to arrive within 1-3 days, your order will be shipped complete, however, if it is a longer time frame, we may backorder the product (and ship it immediately upon arrival) and/or offer an alternative (usually the same product in a different quantity, etc). Please note that we do not backorder any product for Canadian orders.

Insurance Policy & Delivery Confirmation - To ensure the safe arrival of your order, all products are shipped in either cardboard boxes with plenty of filler (ie popcorn chips) or appropriately wrapped in either poly foam or bubble wrap. If you still feel you would prefer to insure your order, no problem! Just let us know. If insurance is not selected, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged product.

All orders being shipped to a business address will be charged either Delivery Confirmation (for our US customers) or Insurance (for our Canadian customers). If we are not informed that the address is business related, we will not be responsible for lost product.
