Shipping Charges

US Orders: While we are Canadian based, we are only 30 minutes from the Washington border, thus why we mail US-bound orders from the US utilizing USPS.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight and destination of your order. The only exception is for orders weighing less than 6oz (total) for which there is a flat rate of $2.85 (Canadian).

Priority Mail packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, First Class Mail packages (6oz or less) are delivered within 1-3 business days, and delivery of Parcel Post packages can take up to 8 business days, depending on location (shipped from Washington).

Please note that our shipping charges are listed and invoiced in Canadian dollars even though the shipping method is the US Postal Service. All of our shipping charges are calculated based on the posted rates from www.usps.com and then calculated using an average daily exchange rate. Although your order may be charged a certain amount at the time of your order, the shipping charge may be lower or higher with your next order due to the ever-changing exchange rate.

Shipping charge is dependent on weight and zip code (from 98281)

- up to 1 pound (total weight) $5.95 Priority Mail; $2.85-$5.80 Parcel Post
- up to 2 pounds (total weight) $6.10-$8.90 Priority Mail; $5.45-$6.95 Parcel Post
- up to 3 pounds (total weight) $7.35-$13.25 Priority Mail; $6.30-$9.75 Parcel Post
- up to 4 pounds (total weight) $8.20-$16.00 Priority Mail; $6.60-$12.10 Parcel Post

* Whenever possible, we take advantage of USPS's flat-rate envelopes and boxes (NEW!).


Canadian orders:

- western provinces (BC, AB, SK, and MB): all and any products up to 2 pounds (total weight), $6.50 by regular mail (up to 6 business days)
- orders over 2lbs will be charged the actual Canada Post rate (no Handling Fees).

- eastern provinces (ON, QB, NB, NS, PEI, and Newfoundland - and territories): all and any products up to 1 pound (total weight), $7.75 by regular mail (up to 10 business days).
- orders over 1lb will be charged the actual Canada Post rate (no Handling Fees).

- please note the delivery time of up to 10 business days is Canada Post's service and as we are aware that this may not be suitable, all products can be upgraded to Xpress Post (2-3 days *), however, the charge can be quite substantial and can range from an additional $10.00 - $20.00 for an average order.

* Some conditions apply - such as (according to Canada Post) snow/rain/ice storms, severe weather, power outtages, terror threats, etc.


International orders:

International orders are shipped with either Canada Post "Small Packets" (Air is 6-10 days or Surface is 6-8 weeks) or USPS Global Priority Mail flat-rate envelopes, with estimated delivery times from 4-10 days. Please indicate Air or Surface in the Order Form.

For orders weighing over 2kg (4.4lbs), please send an email to edean@naturalpets.net requesting a quote. All shipping charges are listed in Canadian dollars regardless of whether order is shipped Canada Post or USPS.

- can fit 2-3 tincture bottles or 2 standard size supplement bottles

- large flat-rate envelope $13.50
- can fit up to 3 large supplement bottles, or 4-6 standard supplement bottles, or up to 8 tincture bottles, or a combination
- if this is your choice for shipping, please let us know and we will let you know if the products ordered will fit in either size envelope.
